Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.


To be eligible for a return:


Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any other marks.

Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Final sale or clearance items


Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges


We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.


Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
